It’s no secret that living in today’s modern world can be tough on the body and mind. A lot of people feel this way – but don’t worry. You can join me at home and my gym; we won’t put any pressure on you. No matter where you’re at – weight or fitness wise – I’ll be understanding, patient, and supportive as your personal trainer. Together, we’ll explore the benefits of food without judgement and find an approach that helps you feel and look amazing again in clothes that fit nicely! Exercise doesn’t always have to seem so hard when it can be tailored specifically for you with full support from a knowledgeable personal trainer who cares about your success just as much as her own results. You are never too old, big or too small, whether you’re an athlete or someone who hasn’t exercised in years. Whatever shape you’re in – I’m going to do my best to help you get stronger, happier and more fit. I work with people all the time who don’t know how to start exercising because they’re anxious about a gym setting. That’s why when we meet up, we will find out your short, medium and long term goals making sure they’re realistic and achievable from day one – so it’ll be easier for us both.

When we work together, I’ll give attention only to the things that make you feel comfortable during our sessions. Whether that means focusing on movements that resonate with your body – whether it’s Zumba, yoga moves or strength training exercises; or getting over any mental obstacles by talking through what brings up anxiety around exercising; meeting your needs and addressing your concerns; focusing on physical health; weight loss goals – whatever makes sense for YOU!

Your Alo Shape Health & Fit experience begins with a comprehensive lifestyle questionnaire about your health and wellbeing (including mental health), goals, dietary habits, functional movement screening, so I can work out how I can best help you to reach your goals.

When we work together, I’ll support you on a journey of self-discovery and self-love, I’ll help you find:

You can come to me for a one-on-one personalized workout session in a private boutique gym, appointment only and SafeSpace for improved mental health.

Location: Private Studio Located on Great Portland Street, W1- London with Luxury changing and shower facilitiesl – or in the comfort of your own home, local gym, park, or anywhere else you desire.


Needless to say, if you live out of town I am also able to give you personal training sessions via Zoom. After all, it takes nothing more than an internet connection and access to some pretty easy equipment!

Group fitness sessions are held at a private Boutique Gym near Old Street and are the perfect option for anyone looking to increase stamina or muscle tone.

You’ll be laughing all the way through these classes which provide a fantastic cardio workout too.

Food Is NOT the Enemy… I know it sounds crazy to say, “Everything you know about weight loss is wrong!” but it’s not far from the truth. “Low fat,” “Low calorie,” “Sugar-free,” and other fad diets and labels are convincing us that foods filled with chemicals and preservatives are better for us than natural, nourishing foods that fuel and energize our bodies.
